Since The Carlin is a hair accessory, please understand that a refund is only available for new & unused units for hygienic reasons. Since we have no control over how and when The Carlin is used once it is delivered, our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please review below and contact us first before shipping back any items so we can check eligibility for a refund and further provide return instructions. According to health and hygiene standards, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in, in order for it to be eligible for a refund. No refund will be provided for used items due to hygiene concerns. If the item is unused, please return it using the original packaging it was sent in. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Restocking fee of $2/unit will be deducted from your refund amount. If you received free shipping from purchase of over $100 or from another promotion, then Shipping and handling fee of $6 will be deducted from a refund. Any item not in its original condition with damaged or missing parts not due to our error can be eligible for a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected for prior use, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. you will then be notified with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

[International orders] Due to high shipping costs, we do not offer returns for international orders at this time.

Defect & Exchanges:

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us right away so we can resolve any issues. You can contact us through email by sending a message to []. Please include a picture clearly showing the defect. If deemed eligible, we provide a free replacement within 100 days of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Then, please contact your credit card company for it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and confirmed unused, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
